Salamander grills are a type of non–contact thermal equipment for cooking and heating steaks, hot sandwiches, vegetables and other products at catering establishments. Contact grills are designed for frying and heating meat, fish, vegetables, cooking hot sandwiches and other products and dishes at catering establishments. The equipment consists of two working surfaces: the lower one, on which the products are stacked, and the upper one, covering the lower one from above.
